Quarantine Delivery: Senior Gifts and Team Awards

Thanks TGD! This was how I looked on Day 1 of Awards delivery service. Pretty Scary! Look closely (If your retinas aren't burnt out already) and you'll notice:
1) Hand stitched PPE mask: Yes, there is a faint floral print. My mother-in-law tried to make it 'manly' so she chose green instead of pink.
2) Shelter at Home hair gone wild. I am waiting for my sister; an out of work, single mother, hair-stylist to cut it. So the struggle is real!
3) PPE gloves. I'll admit, they are a little intense but this is all I had.
4) Coach's plaque: given to me from all of you! Thank You!!

It was so great to see some of the seniors come out and say hello. Some took pictures. Some video (to laugh at me later I am sure). And some even wrote kind emails expressing their gratitude. And guess what?! I feel the same way. It was super cool and safe to see some familiar faces I haven't seen in a long time. As a teacher AND a coach, being away from the students and athletes makes it hard on my soul. But after today, I am rejuvenated!

Looking forward to seeing the North Middlesex Faction tomorrow. Then 'round the home stretch through Groton-Dunstable (If the roads are cleared from that freak microstorm!). Stay Safe! Stay Strong!

Coach Andrew
